简述
《红娘子》讲述了红军女战士王小红（王珞丹饰演）为了给根据地的伤员筹集药品，假扮新娘坐上了花轿，她原本打算去玉屏梅家大药铺找她当掌柜的爹，却在半路被一伙土匪抢上了黑龙山。这原本是梅家大少爷梅贤祖（杨志刚饰演）串通黑龙山土匪设的局，目的是要抢回被军阀司令马戎强娶的老相好牡丹。没想到抢错了花轿绑错了人。马戎带领部队偷袭剿匪，土匪首领黑木蛟挨了马戎奸细的黑枪。王小红在没有任何医疗器械的情况下，为黑木蛟取出了子弹。黑木蛟为了报答王小红的救命之恩，帮助王小红来到玉屏。王小红在梅家药铺开了西医诊所，她医术高明，玉屏县百姓称赞她是“红娘子”下凡。在玉屏，王小红与梅贤祖成了朋友，在一次又一次惊险的历程中，两人渐生情愫......
